Kristi anchors the FM&A team of industry pros with one compelling goal: superlative client satisfaction. A savvy insider in the Boston event world, she has worked in every aspect of destination management and is unfazed by last minute changes, pop-up road races, or a sudden influx of 50 guests beyond the guarantee. With her ready smile and upbeat can-do approach, she puts clients at ease in the aura of her competence. As a young mom of three, she is an expert at juggling schedules, multitasking and prioritizing, and she manages to keep a healthy perspective about what is important! Her unparalleled work ethic, good humor, and legendary high energy help to turn happy clients into loyal fans.

Kristi knows event planning operations from the inside out. Before serving as chief wrangler of the FM&A team while her young family is growing, she garnered years of rich experience co-owning a DMC with her husband and as an operations manager in the industry. She understands catering, wedding planning and food service as an insider and has cultivated longstanding partnerships with chefs, vendors and squadrons of specialized contract staff. She followed her passion for events right into college and graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a BS in Recreation Management Policy.

As a foodie with an interest in wine and food pairing, she actively keeps her finger on the pulse of the lively restaurant scene of Boston and beyond. And as a true Bostonian, she never misses a Patriots game.
